We care about the health and well-being of the children in the RCCDP. Our policies encourage healthy eating habits and teach the importance of good nutrition and daily exercise. We provide nutritious meals as part of a comprehensive approach to each child’s development.
Our food program is operated in accordance with guidelines set by the USDA Child and Adult Day Care Food Program and we are reimbursed for meals served through this program.
The daily meals provided by the RCCDP consist of breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The RCCDP staff prepares breakfast and the afternoon snack. Lunch is prepared and delivered by Chefables of South San Francisco.
Menus for the month are posted in each classroom.
